Yes the streets are quieter just now for obvious reasons but the air is clear, the sky is blue and the remarkable smells coming out of our kitchen as the team get ready for your arrival…..defy description…so chop chop!

Head down off the High Street, or the Royal Mile if we’re being formal, and take a left just before Victoria Street, it’s a traffic free, haven….
