Howies is an independent Edinburgh family owned business established by David Howie Scott in 1990.
Howies have three restaurants and an events company in the heart of Edinburgh.
Howies Waterloo sits at the foot of Calton Hill in a Georgian hall built to celebrate the Battle of Waterloo at the East End of Princes Street. The main dining hall and private dining room are complemented by al fresco dining in the warmer months.
Howies Victoria in Edinburgh’s historic Old Town sits on Edinburgh’s famous Victoria Street, one of Europe’s most beautiful streets, a 2 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile and The Grassmarket.
Scotts Kitchen sits directly above Howies Victoria on a sweeping south facing terrace, Victoria Terrace. Scotts offers al fresco and inside seating where we offer breakfast from 9am and all day dining and drinking.
