Scottish, seasonal & seriously tasty, our menus are a celebration of Scotland’s natural larder and local producers. We love to get to know our suppliers on a personal level, working closely with them so we always know where our ingredients come from.
Take our venison for example, all our venison comes from our own estate in Glen Lyon, Perthshire. Our ghillie, Jimmy, can tell us an exact timeline from hill top to table. Then there’s our beef from Shaw’s Butchers in Lauder, Salmon and mussels from the Shetland Isles, ice cream from Over Langshaw Farm in the Scottish Borders and fresh fruit and vegetables from Tranent.
And our hunger for supporting local producers doesn’t stop there, it also extends into our drinks offer with suppliers such as 6 Degrees North craft beer, Edinburgh gin and Arbikie vodka all taking pride of place on the menu.
