Scottish, seasonal & seriously tasty, our menus are a celebration of Scotland’s natural larder and local producers. We know all of our suppliers on a personal level, working closely with them so we always know where our ingredients come from.
Our venison comes from our own estate in Glen Lyon, Perthshire. Fresh, wild and organic. Then there’s our beef from Shaw’s Butchers in Lauder, Salmon and mussels from the Shetland Isles, ice cream from Over Langshaw Farm in the Scottish Borders and fresh fruit and vegetables from Tranent.
And our hunger for supporting local producers doesn’t stop there, it also extends into our drinks offer with suppliers such as Stewarts craft beer, Edinburgh Gin and Arbikie vodka all taking pride of place on the menu.
