Meat eaters will love our 35 day-aged steaks from Shaw’s Butchers in Lauder; vegetarians and vegans will swoon over our Roasted aubergine, lentil, coriander & almond curry with coriander flat bread, if you like wild game you’ll go weak at the knees for our Glen Lyon venison (it comes straight from our estate in Glen Lyon, Perthshire), as well as wild pheasant, duck & pigeon from the Scottish Borders. And we wouldn’t forget you fish fans, you’ll be head over heels for hand dived scallops, fresh Scottish halibut, Shetland salmon, Shetland mussels and Loch Etive trout.
