A stoater of a St Andrew’s Day weekend event

On Friday 29th November, celebrate St Andrew’s Day weekend in style with an exclusive tasting event at Scotts Kitchen! Two Scottish brands – Scotts Kitchen and Arbikie Distillery – have teamed up to bring you a fantastic Scottish feast with matching Scottish cocktails.

You’ll be taken on a flavour journey by Suzanne O’Connor (Executive Chef for Howies Restaurants and Scotts Kitchen), her passion for celebrating local, seasonal produce and responsible sourcing is truly inspiring. Kylie Zanker from Arbikie Distillery will whet your whistle with finely crafted cocktails to complement each dish and showcase their outstanding field to bottle spirits.

Tickets are priced at £25 per person and includes five seasonal tasting dishes made with the finest Scottish produce, with each dish expertly matched with Arbikie cocktails.

Mini traditional Cullen Skink – a delicious chowder with Scottish smoked haddock, leeks, potato and cream
Welcome drink: Classic Arbikie Kirsty’s G&T

Award winning Haggis with clapshot and Arbikie gin mustard cream
Matched with: Tattie Bogle vodka, black pepper infused cocchi rosa, Reposado tequila, Apple crisp and black pepper garnish

Crispy roasted Scottish salmon, cumin herb crusted carrotswith dill hollandaise
Matched with: Arbikie Kirsty’s Gin, Kummel, raspberry syrup, Prosecco, Orange and Chocolate bitters

Glen Lyon venison Ghillie pie with Isle of Mull cheddar mash, toasted bread crumbs and crispy leeks
Matched with: Arbikie Haar vodka, lemon, sugar, egg white,Peychaud bitters, topped with local IPA

Salted caramel chocolate pot with coco nibs and chilli crisp
Matched with: Spiced apple mulled gin – Arbikie AKs gin, cloudy apple, honey, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and orange bitters
