This weekend we’re launching our new menu for spring summer at Waterloo Place! Our new Head Chef James and his team have been busy bees creating incredible new recipes and we can’t wait for you to try them.

New dishes include Scottish chicken breast with heritage potato fondant, spring greens, ras el hanout cauliflower, balsamic & pomegranate dressing and Venison & spinach caillette with thyme jus (which are both dairy free and gluten free)

We’ve also got Roast hazelnut & chickpea cake, roasted sweet potato, parsnip puree with pear & apple chutney –  nut, gluten and diary free AND veggie and vegan friendly!
