Croque Madame with potato crisps (toasted brioche, mustard béchamel, gouda cheese & smoked ham sandwich topped with a fried free range egg)

Roasted pumpkin soup, blue cheese choux fritters, toasted seeds (V)

Ham hock terrine, apple puree

Smoked haddock pate, whisky & dill jelly, melba toasts

Pan fried scallops, cardamom spiced puy lentils, parsnip crisp & cointreau infused emulsion ( supplement £3 )

 Winter beet salad with confit of Pheasant (also available as vegetarian option)

Pan seared pigeon, glazed shallots & Madeira pomme mousseline

 

MAINS

Roasted breast of free range Chicken, chorizo crushed potato, candied red cabbage, aromatic jus

24 hour slow roast pork belly with 3 way celeriac (gratin, roast & puree), cider jus

Braised Shin of Beef, baby Savoy, fondant potato, pancetta & onion jus

Pan fried Razor Bream, Lyonnais potato, lemon beurre blanc, courgette ribbons & crispy kale

Goats cheese gratin, sautéed wild mushroom, ratatouille & truffle dressing  (V)

Pheasant Breast, blackpudding & crushed potato croquette, game chips, glazed baby carrots & pumpkin puree
